I've made a little tool to manage contents on SD Card for use with GdEmu/GdMenu.
It have builds for Windows, Linux and OSX.
It can add/remove/rename/sort items.
Can show info from IP.BIN and 0GDTEXT image from the game file.
Can detect if you have the correct version of CodeBreaker (and also properly writhe the info to menu)
Can apply GDI Shrinking when copying new items (using familyguy's gditools) (windows only)
Some games won't work properly after shrinking.
The program have a blacklist with some games known to have problems after shrinking.
By default the blacklist will be used and those games will not be shrinked.
If you encounter a problematic game please contact me so I can update the blacklist.
Please check the page on github for more info:
https://github.com/sonik-br/GDMENUCardManager
It's open source and can be downloaded here:
https://github.com/sonik-br/GDMENUCardM ... ses/latest
Windows users need to install the .NET Desktop Runtime 5
Go to the above link and get the Desktop version for your system. (x86 or x64).

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
I tried your tool, and it appeared to work for about 30 seconds, then closed. Now anytime I attempt to open it I get this message:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item".
This is with and without running as administrator.

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
That's really strange!
The program does not need admin permission.
You can access the contents of the SD card in windows explorer?

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
Very good and fast app! Great work.
PS. Sometimes short info appears when saving, that some folders (eg JIMMY WHITE'S 2 CUEBALL) need to be deleted (both GDI and CDI).
What is the reason for this?

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
Seems to be working on my Dell Laptop, but not on my HP Desktop ( that's where I get those errors). But I've still run into some issues. First, it gives me the wrong name for certain games, actually makes it appear that I have doubles of some games (see pictures below). For Example, Starlancer & Chu Chu Rocket. Also when I sorted my games alphabetically, as I was about to save, it notified that it must delete 2 folders (Typing of the Dead and Ooga Booga).

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
Normally it would only delete folders that have numbers and are not used anymore.
If you remove any game it will delete de folder contents.
Make sure all your games are in GDI or CDI format. Games in another format are not recognized and will be deleted.
@livingonwheels That's very strange! If so it might have messed with the files on the card.
Can you upload anywhere the contents of your "01" folder and share with me? It will contain the GDMENU application and the list of your games.
@Rolly "JIMMY WHITE'S 2 CUEBALL" is the folder name? Or the folder is a number (containing this game)?

Hey, great work! I am going to make a copy of my "daily driver" SD card so that I can play around with your app and report back!

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
That's for this app it's got a few issues to iron out but really the best tool for the job imo
say if you add; downloads/game.cdi
it seems to copy the entire folder not just the cdi file.
whenever I need to add or remove a game it seems I have to manually delete folder 01 before I start the app.
Is it possible to release Mac and Linux versions in the future?
Again thanks for this tool, keep up the good work!

Re: GDMENU Card Manager
Thanks for trying it out! Been using it for almost two years but there might be some bugs left.
@deluxux please can you try the older version (1.0) and see if it have the same bug of copying the entire cdi folder?
Your 01 folder is the gdmenu right? I don't know why you would have to delete it manually.
Mac/Linux not planned. Interface is built exclusively for win. Might be possible to use the core code and rewrite the interface for linux but it's not currently planned.
