va0 dreamcast pico psu question

i have a NTSC-J va0 dreamcast, i was wondering if i could fit a pico psu to this variant? i know the voltages were different in va0 and later models, im not tech savvy enough to know if it matters when fitting a pico psu. The one va0 console i have has a psu problem and i have a pico sitting in a drawer i could possibly use.

power supplies for VA0 and VA1 are completely interchangeable
feel free to put PicoPSU on your VA0
