I came up with the idea of creating a knowledge base with game files that fans will be able to translate and possibly collect a team, or seek help with a own project.
I am not able to process it myself and translate all the games, but... we are one big Dreamcast family.

In this topic, I will add: game title, difficulty, note, files + script,gfx (GDrive, MediaFire), whether the translation is already in progress and a link to the project.
I will add more titles and extrated files later. If you want to add something, improve - go ahead. Will update the first post.

@Treamcaster - Unfortunately, I have never had contact with the authors of the SEGA GAGA translation, nor did I know them from other projects. I'm afraid that has overwhelmed them. The game contains a half-width font - hence a lot of work and requires a larger team and coordinator of the entire project.

PS. Added new games : Boku Doraemon, Frame Gride, Karous, The Lost Golem, L.O.L Lack of Love.

OMG YES! I have been waiting for Panzer Front in English for a VERY long time now on DC! Wow super happy to hear this! Nice to see another Paint.net user hehe, love that app for editing game textures. I will definitely check this plugin out. I have been wanting to try and make some custom skins for Sega GT but the file formats are pretty crazy and I don't know a way to extract them. I wanted to do a texture mod and soundtrack replacement for it for a while now. Anybody got any ideas?

By the way Rolly, here is a Russian translated version of Panzer Front I found a few years ago and uploaded to my MEGA account for safe keeping. My Russian reading skills are not the greatest though it is much easier to figure out Cyrillic than kanji for anyone with a passing knowledge of the Russian alphabet.

Yes but you still may run into the problem like if you tried to use a localization from a PSX game to DC. Same process would apply.

If the file structure is similar - you can use it in ports on other consoles. Of course, this is rarely possible 1: 1.
You have to be aware of character limits in files and structure differences.
