Sonic 1/2 remaster android port for Dreamcast ?, maybe ?

I think everyone who's been following the news now knows that the remastered version of Sonic 1 and 2 for Android has been ported to the PC and consequently to consoles like the Nintendo Switch and PS Vita.

Apparently a port for older consoles like the Wii and even the Dreamcast is also possible.
