Help: No VGA Signal

One of my dreamcast's is not outputting any signal when I use either of my retro bit vga cables. When I turn the dreamcast on I just get a black screen no swirl or anything. Everything works fine on my other dreamcast and both are revision one dreamcasts. The non vga working dreamcast has a gdemu installed but I don't think that should be an issue. The dreamcast will output composite signal so I know the video out is at least working somewhat. Does anyone have any ideas or ways I can maybe troubleshoot this issue?

So I was shell swapping my dreamcast and noticed that the output slot was broken off and I tried soldering it back on. When I soldered the pins back...

If the connector was damaged, you might still be able to salve the console by way of wiring up an audio/video connection from the points on underside...
