That Zombies Revenge game can be pretty scary at times. It's definitely one of my top scary dreamcast games.

There's not a great deal of choice, so I have to go with Code Veronica...but Silent Hill is the best horror game I've ever played, it's all about the creepy atmosphere they created *shudders*
