Help with dreamPi

Long time lurker. First time caller.

I'm having a serious problem with getting dreamPi to work on my raspberry pi 3+.

It will not boot, at all, when I have the newest dreamPi image flashed on my sd card.

All I see is the big rainbow square when I turn on the pi. No green lights at all but it is solid red.

Some notes:

Raspbian boots fine. No issues.

Tried official raspberry pi flasher, win32 imager, etc.

Tried multiple sd cards.

If the Dreampi card not boot and is stuck with the boot/rainbow screen:

-The Pi is receiving bad power, try another PSU more powerful.
-Maybe the SD card and that image are not compatible, this happens sometimes with different images/distros.
