RGB SCART fix for Skies of Arcadia NTSC

Hello to everyone

Please does anyone have a GDI version of Skies of Arcadia that works with RGB SCART cable in NTSC?

The NTSC version won't work through RGB SCART (black screen) and the PAL version runs in PAL and won't work on an NTSC console, that's the problem

I was looking into this when trying to see what is better VGA or SCART but this game came up with this issue I don't believe there is a fix for this. but PAL games should work on NTSC console's
