Whats is possible in homebrew and emulation with sd card mod + ram upgrade + bba replacement?

With that set up and perhaps if Ian gets the time to build some type of virtual SD memory cache manager a talented dev might think they would have the resources to have a go at porting most late 90's PC titles that was open source.

I'm just hoping were lucky enough to get someone to take another look at the Mario64 port and see if they can use Ian's SD card wizardry to improve the sound. If anybody does keep the messed up Mario tache :)
