Help with making a self-boot CDI of ROLLY's English voice patch of Gundam Federation VS. Zeon DX

I've been trying to make a working prepatched selfboot CDI of ROLLY's English voice patch for Gundam Federation VS. Zeon DX. I've tried every program I know that makes a working selfboot dreamcast CDI (Lazyboot, Bootdreams, and Bootmake) to try to make my own but every time I make one, it just gets stuck on the SEGA Enterprises screen and the game itself never launches. How do I stop this from happening and make a successful working prepatched selfboot CDI of ROLLY's English voice patch for Gundam Federation VS. Zeon DX?
