How do you insert coins in Redream when Free Play is disabled?

Hi, it seems a basic question but I've not found mention of it on the search or searching about Redream settings.

If I disable the Free Play mode and enable Insert Coins on the Menu, do you know how could I then Insert coins for the 1st or 2nd player on Redream? I cannot find any key for it (and the Start button stops working if Free Play is not enabled it seems)

As a note, I was trying this on Dolphin Blue game (which seems to be from AtomisWave) if that helps...
