Ok, here's how this is going to work.

If your online and want to use the chat room. Post in here before you go into the chat.


Example:

I'm going to be in the chat room right after I post this. If anyone wants to chat a little I'll be waiting.

I think the chat section would be way more popular if it was embedded into an iframe, in between the links(the one beyond the logo) and the forums list.
