DreamcastNow can't configure name

Hello guys,

My dreampi is working great except I can't configure DreamcastNow username in any way.
Configure page doesn't detect the pi and typing the IP address also doesn't detect it.
I'm using the DreamPi 1.7 DLE image from here: https://dreamcastlive.net/downloads/

I've tried countless times, even added dreampi.local to my router as static DNS record pointing to my dreampi.
Can anyone more into this tell me what needs to be running correctly on the pi side?
I tried opening the pi via browser on port 80 or 443 and it refuses to respond.

Netstat shows this:

On port 1998 it returns:

which I presume is telling that dcnow is enabled and showing my id generated from my MAC address.

So what could be the problem? Is there any service that needs to be running that is not on mine?

My Pi would never detect on Chrome but worked fine on Internet Explorer.

Chrome and Edge says that the site certificate is invalid, can be this problem about this?

Me and everyone I asked can't configure name, just don't detect.
