I never thought I'd be here this long... actually, although I absolutely love the dreamcast, I didn't play it that much this past year other than the new atomiswave games, just feeling a little burned out on playing the same retail games I always have, need to give myself time to get interested again or find a friend to show stuff too. It's still very fun to keep up with the dreamcast community, find out what new discoveries, prototypes, SDKs, homebrew/indie releases are going on. The community still seems fairly active with quite a bit of releases coming out in recent years, and from an original dreamcast owner whose been checking out dreamcast forums since 2001, it's heartwarming to see.

I'm also very pleased with the longevity of this particular website. I've been a part of many dreamcast websites that have long since gone by the wayside, such as boob.co.uk, consolevision, IGN's dreamcast forums, etc.

Burnout is a normal thing. I have played Kenju from beginning to end this year for enjoyment. Everything else I've played are beats of rage games beginning to end to test that properly work. Some I have enjoyed some not. I love my Dreamcast though. I plan to play through EGG and a few other games at some point. I just have so many things going on at once. I'm glad to be part of this forum and plan to be so for a while. Let's all keep moving Dreamcast forward.
