110-240V Dreamcast internal power supply: anyone tried it?

I've been thinking for a while about wanting an internal power supply that can take 110-240V (I spend some time in countries with both power systems so it'd be helpful to have both, and an external brick would be similarly troublesome to what I deal with now!), and I discovered this Aliexpress listing:

Has anyone tried these? Are they trustworthy?

Sorry I can't comment on the boards from Aliexpress but as far as I know the normal 240 volt EUR PAL Dreamcast power board will work on 110volt too as its a switching PSU, I don't know why they made the US and JAP a 110volt only version.
