IsoBuster Beta 5.0 now fully supports MIL-CD format in BIN/CUE package

Peter, the awesome dev at IsoBuster, has just informed me that IsoBuster Beta 5.0 now fully supports Dreamcast's MIL-CD format in a BIN/CUE package. There is no need to calculate and add the REM LEAD-OUT MSF to the CUE file anymore. Extraction can still be done with the free version.

Also, it now comes in a 64-bit version. Lots of goodness coming in the expected June 2022 5.0 release.
