GDEMU Settings Menu doesn't save?

When I contacted the seller to my GDEMU, and asked about the button for swapping discs, he said it's for resetting the game, i looked into it and it turns out when in-game reset is turned on, that's what the button does, turning this off, makes it disc swap from my understanding. However, when I edit the menu settings to turn off in-game reset, it doesn't save my changes. Is there a fix for this? or a hard fix/code i can add or change in an ini file somewhere?

Note: I'm not on GDEMU 5.20, it's 5.15.10 i believe.
