DCNow won't update profile

Hiya, I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I switched from a Wifi connection to ethernet on my DreamPi and I can't seem to update the DCnow profile associated with it.
Yes I did try it in Firefox and on my phone's Safari and both detect the DreamPi on the network correctly. But when I press the "Update Profile" button on the config page, nothing seems to happen. Did I miss something?

If you're trying to set the same username you had on Wi-Fi then it's not going to work because the name is already taken. You'll need to either go back to Wi-Fi and change the name to something else (thus freeing the name for use) or just use a different name.
