I thank you all for your emails, they have finally budged and sent me a message in regards to the forums and here it is:

"Sorry for the late reply. Fleeforum has been a project that we invested in heavily with no profit at all, so we have been considering in dropping it. But you dont have to fear, we have decided to bring it up online and if not we will have your backup available."

So we may have our backup sent to us soon if they do not go up at all.

Thank you folks for your support!

We'll be like Robin Hood we should rob a Post Office to fund this project or engage in other fun Dreamcast related illegal activities.

I'm only joking you don't know people on the Internet these days they believe anything

This is not illegal (making new DC games). The Dreamcast is abandonware. Let's face it, Sega does not support or even acknowledge that there ever was a Dreamcast being they are still a software company (still no home console in sight). That is like saying you can't make software for a PC because it's a Dell, HP or an eMachine.

I spoke with RETICON about what they have been going through. He asked me to update this section for him because they won't have time to this month.

"We've been trying to contact them. They've completely dropped any sort of communication with us. It's frustrating us because now our game we're developing is at a stand still until we can get some sort of universal communication going. I'm wanting to grab the data we HAD before so that we can continue, instead of restart all over again from scratch by using a different forum or a new forum service all together.

In their previous email, they promised they would give us some sort of backup in regards to our forums. Since then we've never heard a thing. It would be impossible to press charges on a free service that can cancel its service any time...however, they DID respond and DID promise something, which is not in their contract. Would you think it would be legal and binding if they said they would? I personally think so.

Anyway, it's going to be a little slow for us in the next month, since many of us in the team have things we need to finish before we can continue work on TAHI.

In other news, we've acquired ANOTHER programmer on our team, he's really experienced, especially with XNA C#.

I won't be able to update this forum for at least a month due to what we need to accomplish in the meantime.

ALSO in other news, we may be releasing another game in continence to TAHI, it will probably be released before TAHI since TAHI is a larger, much more expansive and complicated game to develop.

The game that we have in mind will be using the ION engine and the game will be its 'flagship' for the software render engine it uses. The project's codename is 'J-man'

If you could, Impulse, update the TAHI thread or the forum with this update, that would be a GREAT help to all of us here. I'll keep you posted in regards to the forums and what we're doing here. We're still at it!

In the next month, we'll be coming together to work hard on our projects for the summer and well into the winter!"

This is great . I wonder what genre game will be ? I want horror style game like RE . Here is my suggestions :
- RE style
- X-Files styles
- End of the Line movie style http://www.dreadcentral.com/img/reviews ... inebig.jpg
- Racing game

I see you (Reticon) have good team so i believe you can make it to the end of the year .
