POD Speedzone screen messed up

Hello everyone!

I have been trying to get a working version of POD Speedzone burned, but every CDI that I can find makes the screen freak out once it gets to the title screen. I assume that this is because the CDIs I can find are PAL (even though they are mislabeled as USA copies) and that is why I am seeing this weirdness. Does anyone know if this is actually the problem and where I might be able to find an NTSC copy so I can play online?
