Nightmare sound issues

My dreamcast is currently a nightmare cast. I have a japanesse va0 dreamcast with a gdemu and a resistor array fix the dreamcast has started to show issues that never existed before, the sound suddenly drops out completely after around an hour or so of gameplay, Happens on multiple games also console keeps saying controller disconnect.

I have cleaned the pins numerous times I have tried different a different power supply just encase any help would be appreciated

go to settings and turn off fullscreen and then the audio will work and then you can turn on fullscreen again
