Hot to fix corrupted flash rom?

Hello.

I have a dreamcast pal v1 console to which
I changed the region to Europe ntsc Spanish with
the region changer program.

I was doing some quick tests without removing the cable that goes to the resistor that enables writing to the flash and the Silver game ruined the memory.

The console starts with the orange spiral but some games like virtua fighter 3 or shemnue do not start.

System settings are also not saved.

The region changer does not recognize the console region nor does it allow it to be modified. I have made a copy of the bios from another console with that program and when trying to restore it it gives an error.

The Retrodream program brings a bios system to patch but it tells me that the partition is corrupt.

Is there a way to save the console?
Is it possible to change or buy a chip to repair it?
