Convert Codebreaker codes to Gameshark CDX?

on this site there are multiple code breaker codes that can modify the stats of your characters in Grandia 2. These codes only seem to be for code breaker however, and I choose to use a gameshark CDX. It seems that the codes on the gameshark CDX are different from the codes on code breaker, and I'm curious if these codes are compatible from code breaker to gameshark CDX or if they needed to be converted to gameshark CDX. If so is there a program that can do it? Thanks!

I also posted a question like this on Reddit's Dreamcast forums and the replies I received told me to use DCcrypt to encrypt or decrypt the codebreaker codes for use on a a Gameshark CDX.
