What is the problem that still isnt possible to solve on this kddi titles? Its the de-sync issue? The last update about it was more than 6 months ago. I was thinking about it because, well, basically on the last year was announced that a good amount of the Dreamcast Capcom KDDI best tittles will be launched on PS4/XBOX with online play this year, basically just spawn and heavy metal geomatrix and a few other capcom titles will remain dc only now. This may have discouraged the people that was working on it too, i don't know. On the other side there is a lot of good news on dc comunity too, with other online games being reactivated, some great ports too, the dc projects is more hyped than never.

Hello ioncannon and dude22074, a developer friend of mine and myself have been looking into the KDDI Multimatching BB protocol on the PS2 with the SNK Fighting games. We've got as far as the login stage but we're unable to progress past this into the lobby system due to HTML tags.
Luckily we are able to use the Resident Evil Outbreak server source code as this also used KDDI MMBB, so it's quite similar, however we're just stuck with this lobby issue.
I've setup a bounty starting at US$243.90 and this will be increased as time goes on https://replit.com/bounties/@rocker9375 ... matching-b
This could very well potentially bring back many SNK PS2 fighting games online again.
I'd be interested to discuss this with you both in more detail.
