Is there any way to somehow connect to a server and restore sonic adventure's christmas and other events and also the online chao garden shop?

That events are already restored, you can access using a drempi and an sonic adventure gdrom, or accesing with flycast emulator. There are several dlcs , including christams dlc and chao downloads

Would be nice if their was completion disc with all DLC enabled without needing use up VMU Space. SA2 Prototype had all the Themes enabled sure would like every DLC content right out of the bat.
