Extender- new casual homebrew game

Another year, another quick Fenix port. This one is a stripped-down-to-the-essentials, bare-bones clone of the game Every Extend (https://youtu.be/96mix6xvgtE?si=m3NWEGVnHIYHLnVl), originally programmed by Quiest for the Gamepark handhelds back in 2006. I happened upon the source code while cleaning up some old files, gave it a spin, and found that it was a fun game, good for quick sessions to try and better your score. It didn't take much work to make this playable on the Dreamcast- I just added controller code, added VMU high score saving, changed some text, and re-enabled some music code that was disabled (probably due to the GP handhelds' lack of power to handle it). All in all, about three hours of work.
