Dreamcast graphic bug

IHey everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well! I wanted to share my recent experience with a Dreamcast I bought off Facebook Marketplace and see if anyone else has encountered a similar issue.

So, I stumbled upon a listing for a Dreamcast console that seemed like a great deal. The seller was friendly, and the console looked to be in good condition, so I decided to go for it. After picking it up and getting it set up at home, I was excited to dive into some classic games.

It seems that there is a graphic error that always occurs, resulting in a pink image being displayed.

I dont think this is an connector/adapter problem.
What could the problem?

probably the A/V port. Clean it out with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol

Try another cable, most likely the cable you are using is faulty.

also tried like 5 cables
