RGB Patching

Hi,

I haven't been able to find a set of pre-patched games, so I'm trying to figure out the right starting point to apply RGB patches to games.

This thread as a list of some game patches:

Basically, I need to know what to start with. I've tried converting REDUMP bin/cue to ISO and then applying the PFF patch with PPF-O-Matic v3. Then copying the files from the ISO onto an SD card to test on my Dreamcast (with MODE).

That doesn't seem to be working. So, looking to see if there is a guide or some info that your can point me to, to get me started.

Doing some more reading it looks like the PFF patches only apply to the Echelon rips..?

I was able to update Vampire Chronicle for Matching Service with hex editor.

So, I guess I'll change my question to: is there a list of Hex Edits or DCP patch files (for use with the Universal Dreamcast Patcher) specifcally to RGB patch GDIs?

Sorry jus typing aloud, but strange for me too to see PPFs when I'd thought they're solely for PS1

The only Dreamcast-purposed one I used was to grant The Ring VGA output, n that only accepts DCRes' CDI

Gotcha. Yeah, there are a whole bunch of PPFs for the Dreamcast:

I could be wrong, but my understaning is those PPFs don't work for GDIs.

I was hoping to update the GDIs, but I can't seem to find a source for that.
