I brought copule of games second-hand and the cases are broken. As much as I like the look of PAL cases, I don't like how easily they can break.
I am thinking of maybe going down the regular CD-case route but unsure how to really print out covers and if it worth doing it myself or try find repos online

PixelHeart has replacement cases. They claim to be OEM, but the dev of 'HarleQuest!' confirmed they are aftermarket and about a millimeter shorter. Not a big deal. I have bought them, and used them as replacements, and they look/work fine as replacements.

I agree that either the PixelHeart cases or replacements on eBay are your best bet.
The PixelHeart ones are expensive (especially after shipping), but they're an excellent match for the real deal. I've noticed only one or two incredibly minor differences on them compared to OEM cases, and I've used a bunch of them to house disc-only games and imports.
