Noctua fan mod & va1 early revision

I haven't seen this covered but when I went to install the noctua silent fan into my va1 Dreamcast I found it had the metal base plate of a va0 model. Apparently their was an overlap in production leaving early va1's with old plates meaning the fan won't fit without further work.

It's a simple process to snip or saw the extended lip off the base plate and file smooth but worth knowing before you order.

Also if your rocking an after market case I'd advise carefully cutting the lid latch of your modded case to match the 3d printed shape or the lid won't close.
