If you happen to have a BBA, then this is the preferred method using httpd-ack. This gives you a clean GDI dump. This method works great on a Mac, as you simply use your preferred browser to download the contents of the disc :)

(I think you might be located in the Netherlands? If so, I can help you out if needed)
