Hi all,
Just got myself my first dreamcast on new years day, currently experiencing an issue with the right trigger not registering.
I have a second controller which functions correctly, and I have swapped the controllers between ports to eliminate any issues with the controller port board.
Both magnets are present in their holders on the triggers, and the triggers themselves are nice and sturdy, as I have seen that they can break.
I have checked voltages at both HED5 and HED6 as per an old post on a different forum (https://forums.modretro.com/threads/dre ... elp.12010/), and the voltage I have at HED6 on the hall sensor poles is 3.82V which is too high (I also checked HED5 for reference, hall sensor poles are 2.47V).
Unfortunately the post is missing pictures, so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction from here to hopefully save my controller, I don't want to give up on it yet, any help is appreciated, and I scrolled through this forum for hours first but this seems an uncommon issue.
Many thanks
