All CE games running 1FPS

My Dreamcast has gdemu and DCdigital.
Sometime recently all my Windows CE games (Half-Life, Worms, Tetris, Etc) barely run. Like 1fps. This wasn't the case a few days ago. I don't know if it was a setting I changed or what. Has anyone experienced this?

Got cdda working as the adf files data loading is in virtual file system loading will not effect playing cd music.. also got button combo to turn off...
