Modify Codebreaker codes on PC

I know how to import codebreaker saves from vmu to pc. The question is, is there any ways to modify, add, remove codebreaker codes from the saves using a pc instead of manually doing it in Dreamcast?

Use XPDC code conpiler program. Easy as pie and converts everything once you’ve got all your codes in the correct layout.

How about editing the PELICAN.BIN? Which contains all the codes and is from the codebreaker disc and is included in the openmenu folder for gdemu
