I have fuzzy memories of playing one of these at Electronics Boutique about the time of PAL launch. What sort of monitor to drop in? If you can find a flat VGA display that matches the bezel, probably gives the same look as the original demo kit (of course showing a better picture than most of us would see on our TVs at the time ).
