So as a few here may already know, PS4 got a retail Saturn emulator a few years back. It was successfully hacked to run other Saturn games than the 4 it shipped with. I have gotten Dracula X(SOTN Ultimate) working great full speed, only issue is it DOES have some horrible input lag I mean it is playable but a slight annoyance. This official emulator has save states, rewind and other cool features that make up for input lag. Anybody else here tried Saturn games that input lag shouldn't be an issue with on PS4?
If anybody has a Jailbroken PS4 creating your own Saturn to PS4 conversions is super easy. Best part is it plays them all in full HD and even has supersampling on my PS4 Pro.

Re: Native Saturn emulator PS4 good game ideas where input lag is no issue
Reminds me of the old PSP emulation releases of the Turbo Graphic and neo geo emulator when they swapped games out simply by renaming, I wonder if the same is possible with the midway collection on Dreamcast

Re: Native Saturn emulator PS4 good game ideas where input lag is no issue
deluxux, I have thought about this as well.

there was a mod on the og xbox for midway??
more than likely the mod was done by overwriting the original game roms?
swapping the hex code of the original game rom for a different game rom.
the size of the game might be an issue?
idk.
