i havent booted it up and tried it out yet but i bought one a few months ago and its been sitting on my shelf, is there any way to make your own vcds? i have midi/instrumentals of songs and id love to make a vcd of my bands music to play on dreamcast

Yes, you can make your own VCDs with Nero Express.

Additionally, I will soon build a script so that anyone can create their own all-in-one Karaoke discs using SEGAKARA+GYPPLAY, which will not depend on Boot Kara+VCD.

I will be waiting for this. I'd like to be able to create my own Segakara+Gypplay VCD with a menu of all available songs on one cd. Will your new version allow multiple songs on one CD?
(I'd like to put all of The Rolling Stones greatest hits on one VCD).
