Thanks. In terms of other posts, the only one I did similar was something on Zombie Revenge and how the VMU characters worked (a lot of details was left out of the western instruction manual and so I had to search Sega Japan's old websites via archive.org to get the information). Other than that, most of my other posts are reviews which can be found in the relevant sections (Dreamcast mainly). A couple of my XBOX & PS2 reviews are under the 'other console' section.

There is a CB and GH code for opening all cars on the gamehacking.org website. But it is not complete, not all cars are opened.
Here is the complete CB code for the USA version for opening all cars:

What is interesting is that with this code you can play the Midway car in Arcade Outdoor and Arcade Indoor modes.
