First you need to cancel the character animations.

So they stay in the Default T-pose position, well in this case their stick position lol.

Then use Ninja Ripper to rip the models from Demul, import them to your 3D program of choice and clean and fix duplicated meshes and proportions since 3D ripper does not play well with Demul.
