- CD1 add 6 new Street Fighter II hacks for Mega Drive
- CD2 include 39 Neo Geo AES games + NGP fighting selection.

CD2 Neo Geo AES Collection

Some funny and hidden gems you can find here. Don't includes popular franchises such as KOF, Samurai Shodown among others,(but include selection of fighting games from NeoGeo pocket with popular franchises) because exist better performance in neogeo cd emulation, therefore better choices are DreamNeo or Neo4all as well. This collection is a good alternative for who needs more games in less space than neogeocd isos, for intrigue of AES less common games, also Dreamshell users that don't have neogeo games with sound because majority neogeo cd isos runs don't work CDDA tracks in this OS. The games runs very good, in some games, you aprecciate starts with some slowdowns that reducing while time playing, but still very playable.

Puzzle bobble 2 / bust a move 2 (without music but with sound effects), shocktrooper, waku waku 7, puzzle de pon, metal slug 4 and 5 (without music but with sound effects) work very well with aes4all beta 4. A tip to play with the minimum frameskip. Tip spotted on an old post by Ian michael, lower the cpu power 68000 and increase the sound power Z80 in the options, try manual frameskip 0 or 1 depending on the games. You will see it's magic the games run faster with less slowdown. The music will be faster too. Whoever improves this emulator will make the best neogeo aes/mvs emulator for the dreamcast because it doesn't lack much.

The games available on neogeo cd with dreamneo and neo4all are preferable to aes4all because they run better, it's logical, the music is managed by cdda so the dreamcast just has to handle the graphics part with its main processor. It's easier for it. There are also aes/mvs conversions for neogeo cd that run perfectly on dreamneo, thanks Ian michael. In any case, the neogeo plays very well on the dreamcast and that's a blessing.

Yes, this games* are not included because that inclusion will upper the CD limits capacity (700 mb). Also i prefered games with less slowdowned problems over this mencionated. So honestly is better choice play this mentionated games with Neo Geo CD emus, because are classics and diserve have music.

*Puzzle de Pon and Puzzle de Pon R are included in the collection.

And also why not an ISO and a CD for the compatible and optimized Capcom CPS1 games? I am aware that this requires work, but it would be nice to sort by arcade system. Not all System 16 games are available on mame4all. For example, Cotton isn't available, but there is a PSX arcade port that works with Bleemcast!. Basically, what you're asking for is to make System 16 and CPS1 collections, but that requires a lot of work, which in my opinion isn't necessary. Mame4all Gold is practically a CPS1 collection. What you could do is relocate the rest of the System 16 games to the System 16 Gold Collection, so they're all in one place.

Next release 1.6 (some possible changes)

Can you list all the system 16 and cps1 games compatible with mame4all please Lou P. On Final fight cps1 it is impossible for me to finish the game. The credits and continues do not work. Is it possible to finish final fight arcade on dreamcast with mame4all? I just found cotton arcade ps1 in bin and cue for bleemcast. Thanks for the information, I did not know that this Japanese exclusive game was compatible with bleemcast blue beta. I will try to make a system 16 and cps1 compilation myself. Maybe you will give me a lesson. I am doing well but not as well as you. Thank you for your help, your information and your advice.

Optimizing games on aes4all is not easy. I wish you good luck. To improve the speed of some games you have to play with the settings in the options, either lower the speed of the 68000 CPU and increase the Z80. And play with the manual frameskip between 0 and 1. Then you should know that some games work very well with sound effects but without music, for example Bust a move 2, blazing star, sengoku 3, metal slug 4 and 5. Others will never be playable unless you have a prefect to avoid horrible slowdowns because they load during the game. I'm talking about metal slug 3 among others and all the biggest heavy neogeo games. Neo4all and dreamneo remain the best way to play neogeo games on dreamcast. The cpu can work quietly because the music is there in cdda on these emulators.
