Someone submitted a bug report, which actually turned out to be an enhancement request.

As it turns out, the Z and C buttons don't register as the L and R triggers in Dream Passport (being leveraged for Bonus Mode). As such, there was no way to pull up the menu and exit back to the game. As a result, I spent some time hacking in a new universally compatible button combination that'll do the trick: A+B+X+Y

I just thought I'd let you know that the translation suffers from the same 50Hz / PAL / SCART issue that the Cool Cool Toon translation patch did when that released.

If you are going to release an update at any time, it would be fantastic if this could be addressed!

Chaos Field, Trizeal & Virtua Cop are all 50Hz on SCART also.

I currently have no capacity to go back and fix broken PAL console video implementation for the other games I worked on (sadly). This is part of why I tell people who want to use SCART to just buy an NTSC console. Such headaches with so many Japanese games!
