DC-X was the only one I could NEVER get to work with a VGA connection.
Gameshark, Action Replay, and Codebreaker all work with a VGA adapter.

it works, it just gives you a black screen. you just have to wait till the disc stops spinning & replace it with your game of choice, it does everything automatically, no need to press anything
