The problem with all this banning biz is that it's up to the moderators to decide what is bad and what is not so bad. My question is, are things really that bad?

Minor ban time modifications + no warning expiring date

So if you get 10 comulative warnings you get banned.
Previous time to expiring warnings was 90 days, the mods changed it now
