Actually, the steelcase is independent of contributions. It's already a given, provided you've pledged $100 or more.Neohound wrote:I suppose if they are going to line their pockets with our money, then we might as well take the steel case outta the deal. 2-player would be an even nicer reimbursement

Me neither. But then again, I didn't pledge anything...Neohound wrote:Strangely, I haven't had any of these email updates.

Well, yeah, but do you think they'd be 'giving it away' if they hadn't made so much ?Alec1382 wrote:Actually, the steelcase is independent of contributions. Am I the only one who wants Dreamcast written on the spine rather than ReduxGame? I understand they probs cant use the swirl but the can write Dreamcast there?
I didn't mind Hucast.Net or NG.Dev:Team written on the spine on previous releases due to the companies sounding professional, Redduxgame.....? Not so much.....

I don't think there would be a problem in having a swirl emblazoned on the box. It's not like Sega would care anymore, the swirl wasn't their idea anyway. Maybe have it a colour other than orange, blue or green as they were the colours used on DC. Purple swirl FTW ! It could become like the standard feature on all homebrew games in the future

Red would be nice, although I think it can't be done due to Sega owning some copyright still

Elmagico, wasn't a green swirl used on the dev kits ? I'm sure I remember seeing that somewhere, could have been someone hacking it I guess lol
Well, if green isn't taken, then I suggest green would be the ideal 'Indy' swirl to use
