And here is a case holding by the Supreme Court which is directly on point with the school issue.
In Plyler v. Doe, the Supreme Court struck down a Texas law prohibiting enrollment of illegal aliens in public school. In its decision, the Court held, "The illegal aliens who are plaintiffs in these cases challenging the statute may claim the benefit of the Equal Protection Clause, which provides that no State shall 'deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.' Whatever his status under the immigration laws, an alien is a 'person' in any ordinary sense of that term… The undocumented status of these children vel non does not establish a sufficient rational basis for denying them benefits that the State affords other residents."
So basically Texas had a law saying illegal immigrants can't go to Texas public schools. But the Supreme Court said that the Equal Protection Clause of the US Constitution trumps the inconsistent state law, and that the law must apply equally to all persons in the state, regardless of citizenship. Obviously because legal Texas citizens could go to the Texas schools while illegal persons in Texas could not, this violated the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution.

Wow, I actually have alot to say about various info in this thread.

But sadly if I write it, I don't think it will make a difference anyway.

:D You would have liked the 50 points I was going to make. Major one is all major countries gov are pre selected crocs, illusion of freedom votes, vote frauding, CIA cu's in other countries, dictators etc all are being tricked by frb they can't pay % interest on LOL. USA politics is a mindless shitfest of horseshit I saw through the illusion a decade or more ago by media, gov, tricking public by minute (mi nute) petty perceptions working for agenda and they worked for $$$ that controlled them like puppets for a hell of a long time now, sorry you had to watch any US political debate, it's like watching WCW 15 years after you know it's just fake and expecting anything to change which is kind of puke worthy actually.

Most of GOP, "let's bomb Iran ! We are about peace and freedom, but we have 20 nuclear reactors but let's tell those who we don't like what to do !"

"We must stop terrorists from invading our free lands and killing, that is why we invade your lands and kill you, to kill those who we trained to kill others, but now must kill them because they are killing us, but let's kill you if you get in the way of this horseshit".

But ironically, they are 2 heads of same snake.

"Hey immigrates who don't pay or take course to become citizens are illegal, well maybe some can be legal, ok let's have some work cleaning politicians yards but say we are against illegal immigration, wait let's just say it like this, have predator drones or cops kill Mexicans in Texas border but let those through in NV where there is less a population, wait, let's..."

I can tell you, my whole area has more illegals than legals. Nobody cares here.

My other 49 points go much much more in detail.

Like it's funny they treat the constitution as if it's holy or written by genius or kings or gods wrote it and while it's a great premise IMO the people writing it talked of freedom, but had slaves, etc.

It's a illusion courts follow it, while Patriot act nulls it. Big time.

Hey let's stuff as many people as we can in USA, ooppss it's 1950 let's close up border$. Pay to get in now.

Most of Americas ancestors were "immigrants" except for Native Indian relation, who they massacred and stole land from but god bless the Colonies huh. Let's fight the British twice because we don't want to pay taxes to them but hey let's make everyone pay taxes anyway.

I'm just skipping surface here but you get where I'm coming from.

I could go on. But, the hell with it.

If anybody wants a change, buy arms for militias, and Americans should jail for treason their greedy public officials AND THOSE RUNNING THEM, blow the heads off politicians if necessary as a starting point (because they will order military to kill you), burn frb, burn wall st, take over gov, as "we the people" have that "holy constitution" suggesting we do so if our nation is ran by shithole rats, whose puppets are politicians.

Wonder if US ww1 bonus army knew that, maybe that's why their protest in DC basically been erased from history like Chinas Tiananmen Square to their population.

Oh no the nwo is watching me, they got one eye on me, I got 2 on them.

Supporters of both major parties have a way of parroting their party's issues and catch phrases. Often when you hear people speak about politics it's mimicry of some pundit or talking head.

Illegal aliens are here and these issues need to be addressed. A program of naturalization and citizenship opportunity would probably be a better route, as it is somewhere between outright deportation and outright entitlement.

Bear in mind, as much as the GOP may bitch, the current sentiment conveniently omits the fact that G.W. Bush's tenure allowed a massive influx of immigrants. It also lacks a key acknowledgment that the good ol' poultry and produce industries have stated -- pretty much verbatim -- that they could not function without the labors of these people. Those are old school industries that sackride the GOP hard.
