I would download the XDP browser suite or something similar and find out if you even actually have internet access. Just because you are "logged in" to juno, does not mean you are actually sending and recieving data.

Lots of member here reported that Juno does not work with the DC and i have no reason to doubt them.

I can't say whether it works or not, as I've never used it. I'm saying that UniDUNs are notoriously unreliable, so it is a good bet that using one is the source of your problem, assuming no alternative explanations present themselves.

so update: I downloaded XDP. I'm able to connect to the internet, but if I try to input a URL, I get an error message saying that my internet access is restricted because I don't have the newest Juno software running. Anyway around this? :\

Yes. Use an ISP that doesn't require a proprietary dialer program. ;) At least now you know why PSO doesn't connect.

yup. Unfortunately that means I'll proably have to pay for dialup if I wanna get the DC online now.

Rather than start a new thread I just wanted to say how awesome it is that its still possible to connect to this game on your servers!

I never played PSO much back on the day due to only having dialup so my experience on the game is pretty poor but I've been giving it a couple of hours here and there recently using the BBA, I'm pretty bad at the game but hopefully I'll get to play along with some of you guys at some point!

I have a character at level 10, I think thats the highest I've ever had to be honest
