Do you have your router ip in the settings as well?

Try updating your DNS settings using a web browser disc instead. THe game might not be overriding your saved connection settings. Set the primary to 100.40.25.69 and secondary to 0.0.0.0.

I can confirm that the master server list isn't working. I haven't changed anything since last time I played and the DNS is indeed set to Dreamcast-Talk's IP.

Should be fixed now. I was updating stuff earlier this week and something got screwed up on the server.

I know this is an old thread but is the server still up? I can't connect and haven't been able to for a while. I tried to ping but gat 100% loss. Any help would be appreciated.
