best snes emulator

Hi guys,

I am trying to get your opinion on the best available snes emulator for the dreamcast?

further to this, how do i actually get the emulator to run on the dreamcast, do i simply burn it to a disc?

lastly, how does it access roms, are roms burned to the same disc or to a seperate discs.
