Streets of Rage 2: "Big Ben" laugh (source)

It seems that laugh was sampled from an old reggae-dub track released in 1979: Operator's Choice by Mikey Dread. A DJ used the intro for his dance music show back in the late 90's and I thought it sounded familiar. Only discovered the name of the tune today. Take a listen..
