Replacing the Dreamcast disc drives?

In the past 4 months, I have been looking for working dreamcasts. I now have 4 dreamcasts with weak lasers. Is there someone that I could pay to replace the disc drive in the dreamcast (or fix the laser)? I have no idea how to do it.

You might be better of buying a new unit. Im not sure if you can even buy gdrom lasers. And replacing with a generic laser will render it impossible to read retail game disc because they are gdroms but you can play backups.

Have you tried adjusting the lasers?

If a repair service is what you are looking for then I really don't know if anyone here offers that. After looking up online of all of 3 seconds I found this. There really should be more people that does stuff like around here. I could have so taken advantage over it if that was a thing.
EDIT: I just realized that they are sold out.
